Shabu Shabu -Shabu shabu is a Japanese style hot pot where pieces of thinly sliced meat, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms and tofu, are cooked by dipping them into a hot soup. 1 Silver
Yakitori- are skewered grilled chicken pieces seasoned with salt or sauce. 5 Coopper
Gyoza- are dumplings stuffed with a filling made of minced vegetables and ground meat

Chawanmushi- is savory steamed egg custard that usually contains pieces of chicken, shrimp, fish cake and a ginko nut mixed inside

Please take into consideration that the Average person would would only make one to two silvers a year, With taxes and so forth. So unless your a Noble, merchant or a thief, there should be a reason why you have so much gold.

The Main Inn, where the rooms are, leads to the dinning room. The Tables sit on a slightly raised platform, maybe 6 inches or so. The center is left open, but has room for more tables. I don't see the point in keeping them all out all the time...
All the tables are separated by a 5 foot wall that is 4 inches thick. So feel free to lean against it. Only the front to the large walk way is open.
